How Are We Making A Change?

At Red Chutney, we don't just impact productions by providing diverse and exciting menus; we are always looking to do more to positively impact the environment too.

 

Each production we work with allows the opportunity for us to implement more green initiatives and sustainable choices, helping us lead the industry-wide change needed to save our planet.

FOOD DONATION

All our surplus food is donated to City Harvest, a charity that redistributes food to over 350 schools, charities and shelters around London.

COMPOSTABLE PACKAGING

All of our food and drink packaging is made of plants and is completely compostable.

TREE PLANTING

We plant trees for every week that a production is running, each one sequestering 0.3 tonnes of C02 over its life.

PLASTIC FREE

We offer highly recyclable aluminium cans rather than plastic water bottles and also encourage crews to bring in their own reusable bottles and fill from water dispensers.

WASTE UPCYCLING

From fryer oil to coffee beans, we donated our waste to be upcycled to close the loop on our waste and ensure as little as possible goes to landfill.
